Coach T's comments: I've watched MC play sports since he was a 5th grader. I've coached him just as many years. You won't find any player anywhere who has more integrity and sportsmanship than MC. He literally could be a poster child for sportsmanship and fair play. So why the heck did he have to sit on the sidelines this weekend and watch his team play? Someone explain that to me. Better yet I would love to here the Paw Paw coach explain that to me. I know I should be writing about the tennis I saw, not the tennis I wished I had been able to see. Al and Bon had a great first match. Royal's play was first rate. E gave great effort "on" the court (a brain fart with Ken off the court). Ken and John were terminators (again) at 2 doubles. But instead I'm still ticked that MC had to sit. It's just not right. It's just not right. Long drive. Great tennis. Great facilities. Great hosts. It's just not right. After going 2-1 on the weekend (1 was a default) Alex is now 21-5 on the season.
